Thank you for shopping at vrgata.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) and get a full refund or exchange the product(s) for another one.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You must email us at [email protected] and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging, and you must also provide the receipt and/or proof of purchase.
Please note the original shipping amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your returned product(s) is not accepted, it will be shipped back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days to your credit card (or original method of payment), at which time you will be notified by e-mail. You will receive the credit within the certain amount of days according to your card issuer’s policies. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Please note VRGATA® ATHLETICA will not refund any international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
